Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed this accommodation and would definitely recommend.

The property was spotlessly clean, featured very modern design, I enjoyed it. The full English breakfast was savoury, staff offered cereal, toast, eggs and muffins.

Facilities were really good, even so Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

No complaint, fantastic stay on a business trip.

Thank you everyone for a nice stay for visit to NEC. Generally everything was amazing, nevertheless the bathroom was very cold.

Views were really bad.

The staff was caring, the accommodation was well priced and spotlessly clean. This accommodation was in the central location on a dual carriageway on the fringe of the enormous NEC complex. I loved the full English breakfast with fast wifi and with cereal, toast, eggs and muffins.

The staff were in receptionist and provided a simple check-in.

Staff were hard-working, location was perfect. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection of food. Pool was lovely and there was a pleasant restaurant on site. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property...

The place is adequate and tidy, everything is so perfect, it should have higher than 3 star rating. The service is perfect, includes overnight parking. Really handy location of the place - 10 minutes walk from bus station.

The reception was welcoming, I loved it. And it included an upgraded bathroom.

A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like the little owl that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The hotel staff was helpful. If you want to explore the national motorcycle museum, choose this place. It was tidy in the property.
